Leave the inside alone

Stay clear of perfumed soaps

Wipe from front to back
After going to the bathroom, it is important to wipe from front to back and never from back to front. Wear cotton underwear
Although many of us love wearing a lacy thong or some saucy silk underwear every now and again, wearing cotton underwear primarily is important for good personal hygiene so look out for ones with a cotton insert at least. Since it is a very breathable fabric, it allows any excess moisture from sweat or discharge to evaporate.
